Find Out if Certification is Right for You
The Trust Within™ Assessments (TWA) equip you with powerful, research-backed tools to unlock potential in leaders, align teams, and build cultures of trust where people thrive.
Certification is a great fit if you are:
A Leadership Coach or Organizational Development Professional (Culture Shaper, Change Agent, HR Leader, or Consultant) ready to expand your toolkit with assessments that go beyond engagement and competencies.
A visionary with both heart and talent who wants to make a difference bigger than yourself—helping leaders and teams rise to their full potential.
Able to see what others can’t always articulate—and you want a way to measure those dynamics so leaders can finally see them too, and act on them.
Eager to expand your reach while craving community, learning and growing alongside a network of like-minded practitioners.
Philosophically aligned with using assessments as an entry point for discovery—not as a label, but as a way to spark deep, meaningful conversations that get to the heart of culture and performance.
Committed to co-creating cultures of trust and agility that empower leaders and organizations to navigate the complexity of today’s fast-changing world.

Build a culture grounded in trust and shared values.
Enhance leadership effectiveness across all levels.
Align teams around priorities, goals, and roles to improve performance.
Certification gives you the expertise to implement assessments that go beyond engagement metrics—tools that reveal what truly drives collaboration, commitment, and results. With these insights, you’ll strengthen communication, reduce friction, and foster an environment where people bring passion and purpose to their work.
Measure What Truly Matters
Most leaders know trust is essential, yet few know how to define it, measure it, or actively build it. That’s where the Trust Within Assessments™ (TWA) make the difference.
Unlike traditional competency-based surveys that focus on role-specific skills, TWA assessments are behavioral and values-based. They measure the cultural and relational dynamics that determine whether leaders, teams, and organizations can truly thrive.
The Employee Passion Survey (EPS) reveals whether employees’ core needs are met and whether organizational values are being lived.
The Flexibility & Trust Survey (FTS) measures the leader behaviors that build or erode trust and agility.
The Team Alignment Survey (TAS) evaluates whether a team is aligned around purpose, values, vision, goals, priorities, and roles.
These assessments don’t just deliver data—they illuminate the conditions that ignite passion, strengthen alignment, and expand leadership agility. By measuring what matters most, TWA gives you the leverage to transform culture from the inside out.

The Process
We’ve designed the certification process to be clear, flexible, and supportive—so you can grow your confidence while building mastery with the Trust Within™ Assessments.
Phase 1: Prepare
Familiarity with Everything DiSC® is highly valuable because there are clear correlations between DiSC behaviors and the values and behaviors that build trust. You don’t need to be DiSC-certified to participate, but if you aren’t familiar with the Everything DiSC profile, we’ll provide access to the assessment and a private debrief so you feel confident and ready for the program. This shared foundation ensures you’ll gain the greatest benefit from the certification experience.
Phase 2: Learn
The program includes five interactive sessions. To receive certification:
Attend at least three sessions live (we strongly encourage live attendance for connection and practice).
All sessions are recorded. If you miss a live session, simply watch the recording and complete a short reflection form (included in your materials) to capture your insights.
By the end of these modules, you’ll feel confident and ready to bring your learning to life in the Capstone Project.
Phase 3: Integrate
This phase is designed to help you integrate what you’ve learned and build confidence using the Flexibility & Trust Survey (FTS) with a real client. You’ll administer and debrief the FTS with a client of your choosing, then meet for a 1:1 review call with a Certification Mentor. Together, you’ll reflect on your experience, celebrate your learning, and ensure you feel fully equipped to move forward with the Trust Within™ Assessments.
