About us

The Conscious Leadership Alliance was born from a 50-year legacy of work that began in 1973, when Dr. Ralph Colby and Ron Bates founded what later became known as Intégro Leadership Institute. Their pioneering trust model gave organizations a way to understand the “people side” of business—long before culture and psychological safety became boardroom conversations.

In 1977, Keith Ayers joined Intégro and, in 1980, took ownership. Over the following decades, he refined the Intégro Trust Model and developed three validated tools—the Flexibility & Trust Survey, Team Alignment Survey, and Employee Passion Survey—that helped organizations worldwide create trust-centered, high-performing cultures.

In 2023, Keith entrusted this legacy to Jenna Stoliker, a leadership coach with 30 years of global experience in organizational and team development. Jenna carried the vision forward by uniting the assessments under a new name—Trust Within Assessments—and integrating them into a larger, more expansive mission: the Conscious Leadership Alliance.



Today, the Alliance reflects this evolution. It’s more than a business. It’s a movement—connecting leaders, coaches, and consultants who believe that trust is not just a value, but a strategy for shaping organizations where people and purpose thrive.

In 2023, Keith Ayers, Founder of Intégro Leadership Institute and Trust Inside Assessments, entrusted the next chapter of this legacy to Jenna Stoliker, a seasoned leadership coach with 30 years of experience working with leaders and teams across the globe.

Keith shared:

Today, under Jenna’s stewardship, the assessments have been reimagined as Trust Within Assessments and unified under the Conscious Leadership Alliance—a movement dedicated to cultivating trust from the inside out and honoring leadership as a sacred act.
